Base Salary
$145k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Script solutions and intermediate external REST API scripts.
- Design and implement cloud networks using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Collaborate with SOC and incident response teams on network-data workflows to reduce mean time to respond.
- Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the ExtraHop platform.
- Create real-time data analysis, rich visualizations, and automated tools for investigations and repeatable processes.
- Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer-facing positions with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Network Detection technologies and packet analysis.
- Understanding of OSI layers 2–4 and application protocols including HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, and DNS.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Python, and JavaScript.
