Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, enhance, troubleshoot, modernize, and support full-stack business applications.
- Build reusable components and full-stack web applications for Microsoft Azure and on-premises IIS environments.
- Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, code reviews, testing, release planning, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and production support.
- Resolve production and technical issues while improving application usability, reliability, and workflow.
- Collaborate across teams, business partners, and technical workstreams and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Explore practical uses of AI-assisted development and agentic models to improve delivery workflows, developer productivity, code quality, and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Professional application development experience with .NET, C#, .NET Core, SQL, and modern web frameworks such as Angular or Blazor.
- Expected experience is 2 years for Level II, 4 years for Level III, or 7 years for Level IV.
- Experience working with and developing alongside relational databases.
- Experience designing, enhancing, supporting, or modernizing maintainable applications using software engineering practices, design patterns, and reusable components.
- Experience deploying or supporting applications hosted in Microsoft Azure App Service Plans or on premises in IIS.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, or similar platforms for source control, work management, builds, deployments, and defect tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, prioritization, and production-support skills.
- Preferred qualifications include non-relational database experience, .NET MAUI or mobile application development, and modern developer productivity tools including coding assistants and automation.
