Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered AI agents using Python.
- Design agentic AI workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent systems.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and external tools.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.
- Maintain and improve existing applications for reliability and efficiency.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize AI applications for performance and resource utilization.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and participate in team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Agent Development.
- Four to five years of overall professional experience.
- Proficiency in Agent Development and hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Experience with AI or agent development and agent frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and full-stack development best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices supporting continuous integration and deployment.
- Python, Large Language Models, and Agentic Design experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
