Base Salary
$103k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement, and integrate business applications that use machine learning predictions and classifications.
- Refactor machine learning code into maintainable IT solutions while following coding standards and ML development best practices.
- Contribute across the machine learning lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, data pipeline engineering, testing, deployment, scheduling, production support, API development, and application integration.
- Configure, manage, and set up AI/ML infrastructure components in cloud and on-premises environments, including AWS, GCP, and graph databases.
- Design and write test scripts to verify data integrity and application functionality.
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
- At least two years of machine learning engineering, data engineering, or software development experience implementing data solutions.
- Programming skills using Python and SQL.
- Working understanding of data engineering concepts and experience implementing machine learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Data Science principles, statistical and predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Working knowledge of cloud platform fundamentals and familiarity with AWS or GCP.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
- Preferred: experience developing APIs and programming experience with FastAPI, OpenShift, Snowflake, or Java.
- Preferred: experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
- Preferred: US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
