Responsibilities
- Build GenAI and agent systems integrated with existing enterprise platforms.
- Design agent flows and develop AI-based business solutions for production use.
- Develop APIs and integrations using backend architectures.
- Build robust data pipelines with strong data quality and data integrity controls.
- Evaluate and quality-assure non-deterministic AI solutions.
- Deliver production-ready systems and contribute to stable operations.
- Document business impact and proof of value for deployed solutions.
- Contribute to compliance documentation and responsible enterprise use of GenAI.
- Help define GenAI architecture and standards while collaborating with banks.
Requirements
- Experience with backend software development using Python and Java.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, agent systems, skills, and agent harnesses.
- Experience with data pipelines, data quality, and data integrity.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and stable production operations.
- Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions, including evaluation, quality assurance, and responsible GenAI use in an enterprise context.
- Ability to take ownership, work through complexity and uncertainty, and balance delivery speed with quality.
