Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operational products.
- Drive significant projects from brainstorming through architecture, execution, rollout, and iteration.
- Partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software.
- Write scalable, maintainable code and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Improve code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Review code, participate in technical discussions, mentor teammates, and help improve engineering workflows with AI coding tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack; Midi uses Django/DRF and React/Next.js, with equivalent experience accepted.
- Seasoned system design skills and the ability to create pragmatic architectures for ambiguous product problems.
- Experience using AI coding tools and adopting modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Strong collaboration and written and verbal communication skills with non-engineering stakeholders.
- Mentorship instincts, proactive ownership, and commitment to automated testing and high code quality.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, EHR integrations, regulated domains, or consumer-facing startups.

- Estimated base salary range of $180,000-$210,000 per year.
