Responsibilities
- Define and execute IAM strategy aligned with business and security goals.
- Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM services across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, Zero Trust access controls, and passwordless authentication.
- Automate provisioning and joiner-mover-leaver workflows and deliver secure integrations using APIs and identity standards.
- Gather and document requirements and align IAM solutions with stakeholders and enterprise policies.
- Establish IAM policies, standards, and processes to reduce risk and support best practices.
- Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert, providing guidance, escalation support, and adoption leadership.
- Own service health, monitoring, incident response, audit support, and compliance activities for SOX, PCI, and MICS.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR, and governance teams on the IAM roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in IAM and software engineering.
- Experience designing and deploying IAM solutions with SailPoint, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID hybrid environments, Conditional Access, AWS Identity Center, and GCP IAM.
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and automation and integration patterns such as JML lifecycle management.
- Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Oracle identity governance, regulated environments, MFA, passwordless authentication, FIDO2, and SSO integrations.
