Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of internal software tools.
- Architect and implement complex data integrations with enterprise engineering tools.
- Drive the development of sophisticated web applications and platforms.
- Conduct thorough technical evaluations of third-party software solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with ML engineers for production-ready features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical strategy discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
- Own production reliability and performance optimization for critical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise across the full stack with architectural decision-making skills.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in technical roles or cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellence in system design and architecture, especially in distributed systems.
- Experience with modern web frameworks and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data engineering or ML/AI integration is a plus.
- Startup experience in a rapidly scaling company is helpful but not required.
- Domain experience in manufacturing or industrial automation is beneficial but not required.
