Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end technical oversight for compliance detection and AI resolution models.
Collaborate with Engineering, ML, and Analytics teams to create defensible solutions.
Challenge model development processes effectively.
Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and is ready for third-party review.
Oversee the design of real-time dashboards for model health monitoring.
Establish standards for threshold tuning and Below The Line testing controls.
Create frameworks to identify model performance degradation and manage tuning exercises.
Act as Lead Incident Manager for critical incidents and identify root causes.
Provide concise, data-driven updates to management.

10+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions.
Experience with Machine Learning and Heuristic models in compliance contexts.
Proficient in conducting Threshold Tuning and Initialization exercises.
Skilled in Input Data Quality Monitoring and Model Performance Monitoring.
Familiar with AML Model Validations per SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
Experience in responding to regulatory exams.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Deep understanding of compliance obligations in regulated financial services.
Familiarity with statistical concepts related to machine learning.
Expertise in data analytics and visualization.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
