Base Salary
$240k - $600k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with clients to understand their domain and own problems end to end.
- Collaborate as a cohesive unit to deliver AI solutions.
- Participate in a rigorous evaluation process as a team.
- Work on real client problems alongside industry leaders.
- Ensure that workflows are operational and effective post-delivery.
Requirements
- Teams must consist of 2-5 individuals who have previously worked together.
- Each team member must meet the high standards set by Tenex.
- Roles available include Forward Deployed Engineer, Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, and AI Strategist.
- Experience in software engineering and AI is preferred.
