Base Salary
$240k - $600k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with client operations to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
- Build and deploy applied AI workflows and products that become operational for clients.
- Frame work as testable hypotheses and build data sets that remain useful over time.
- Ensure systems continue working after handoff and deliver measurable business impact.
- Work alongside partner teams at Anthropic and OpenAI on real client problems.
- Remain with the team through the hiring process and aim to staff together on the first engagement.
Requirements
- Apply as an intact team of approximately two to five people.
- Each team member must meet Tenex’s individual hiring standard, while the group is also evaluated as a unit.
- Applicants should demonstrate what they have built together and what they want to build next.
- Potential role fits include Forward Deployed Engineer, Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, and AI Strategist.
- The work requires high agency, urgency, autonomy, and a focus on shipping production outcomes.
