Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and scale resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for secure and rapid software delivery.
- Build internal developer, infrastructure, observability, and delivery platforms for engineering teams.
- Develop reusable frameworks and abstractions for deploying, operating, and monitoring services.
- Automate manual processes across legacy and new applications to reduce operational risk and improve consistency.
- Partner with development teams to gather feedback and evolve platform tooling and developer experience.
- Mentor teammates and help establish modern engineering standards and practices.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering and hands-on experience building and supporting production-grade systems.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with experience deploying and operating scalable workloads.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to mentor teammates and work in cross-functional squads.
