Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Design to ship and iterate on AI-enabled care experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
- Work with the ML research team to bring AI and LLM techniques into clinical care and production systems.
- Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tools that increase physician efficiency and clinical capability.
- Build enterprise integrations, including EMR integrations, claims data structuring, and HIE records parsing.
- Work cross-functionally with product, clinical, commercial, and healthcare organization stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
- Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Postgres, Supabase, HTML/CSS, Tailwind, and AWS infrastructure.
- Experience building systems at scale for hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients.
- Ability to take ownership of broad initiatives and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
