Base Salary
$186k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SoC validation team to refine and execute validation plans.
- Develop embedded C software to validate SoCs, enable internal functional blocks, and support peripheral interfaces.
- Build automated testing tools and generate test coverage reports.
- Develop hardware benchmarking tools measuring throughput, latency, resource utilization, I/O, and compute frequency.
- Document validation progress and results in Rivian’s tracking system for traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 4–15 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in embedded C software development.
- Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with platform or embedded software development, Python, Linux shell scripting, AMD Zynq PetaLinux, AI accelerators, SoC peripheral interfaces, and camera data processing.
