Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-critical systems for live event catalog data.
- Own complex initiatives from design through production launch and iteration.
- Build scalable APIs and services for various business functions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data teams to address ambiguous problems.
- Ensure high standards for reliability, data quality, and operational excellence.
- Improve system architecture to support growth in catalog size and usage.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of ownership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience in developing robust systems using languages like Java or C#.
- Expertise in Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, API Design, or Distributed Systems.
- Experience in designing solutions for complex problems with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of system interactions within a production environment.
- Proven ability to learn new coding languages and tools.
- Experience owning projects from inception to production.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
