Responsibilities
- Act as the second line of support for complex customer issues.
- Diagnose and investigate technical issues from a backend and platform perspective.
- Reproduce and debug problems using application logs and scripts.
- Handle escalations from L1 and other teams, structuring investigations.
- Raise high-quality Jira tickets for bugs and feature requests.
- Share knowledge through training sessions for L1 and new hires.
- Keep documentation and runbooks up to date.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to investigate issues related to cloud-based architecture.
- Understanding of programming basics and experience with at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with internet technologies and APIs.
- Comfortable working on Linux and with command line tools.
- Experience with Git and basic SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
