Base Salary
$82k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for enterprise software products.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, performance, load, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Validate software deployments, upgrades, and release readiness for cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve defects.
- Investigate customer-reported and production issues using logs, metrics, and test results to support root-cause analysis.
- Drive QA process improvements, automated quality practices, and Agile release activities.
- Advocate for product quality and support customer-impacting issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of software quality assurance experience, including test automation and enterprise application testing.
- Strong expertise developing automated tests with modern frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with API, integration, and service-level testing in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues in distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Preferred experience with cloud services, microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, performance and scalability testing, containerized environments, Kubernetes deployments, enterprise production support, EDI, B2B integration, data transformation, or supply chain integration.
- Preferred experience mentoring QA engineers and leading quality initiatives across teams.
