Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable software systems for hardware design and manufacturing.
- Build data pipelines to support decision-making across teams.
- Own backend development for internal tools related to testing and business intelligence.
- Integrate with hardware design and production platforms like Altium and NetSuite.
- Automate manual workflows to enhance operational velocity.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage projects from architecture through implementation and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL API design and maintenance.
- Solid foundation in SQL databases, particularly Postgres.
- Experience deploying backend services in cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with Linux, shell tools, and Git for source control.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container deployment strategies.
