Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader for a high-impact team.
- Design solutions that influence client conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Lead technical discovery, decision-making, and project execution.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and code reviews to team members.
- Direct the team’s investment in impactful directions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with resilient microservice architectures.
- Experience with a Marketing Technology stack.
- Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
