Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter solutions aligned with business and engineering requirements.
- Lead large-scale Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives, including RAC-to-Active Workspace transformations.
- Design PLM solutions covering BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.
- Define enterprise architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and development standards.
- Architect and oversee Teamcenter integrations with SAP S/4HANA, NX, ERP, MES, ECAD, and MCAD systems.
- Drive AI-enabled innovation, automation, and continuous improvement to improve engineering productivity, data quality, and business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to global development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 12 years of overall IT or engineering experience, including at least 10 years of hands-on Teamcenter Solution Architect experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation, transformation, or modernization programs in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions using ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Framework, and related Teamcenter technologies.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP, NX, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications while addressing scalability, performance, and security.
- Experience or interest in AI innovation, digital engineering transformation, governance, and emerging technologies for PLM.
