Base Salary
$65k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and govern entrance and exit criteria for SIT, regression, UAT, load and performance testing, and release dry runs.
- Coordinate release preparation and execution across multiple Product Driven Organizations, product teams, engineering teams, and vendors.
- Assess release health and provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and use AI, GenAI, workflow automation, and improved regression scoping to optimize delivery cycles.
- Lead triage, defect tracking, test-environment and test-data management, blocker resolution, and cross-team risk escalation.
- Create and maintain release metrics, dashboards, defect trends, risk profiles, and executive readiness reporting.
- Evaluate emerging release, quality governance, and workflow automation tools through PoCs and enterprise approval processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
- 3+ years leading Release Management or Test Delivery Coordination across complex enterprise programs.
- Hands-on or foundational experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, or Postman.
- Experience managing multi-phase testing cycles and enforcing quality gates.
- Functional or technical familiarity with SAP GUI, Fiori, S/4HANA, or large-scale ERP architectures.
- Experience running PoCs or piloting tools through enterprise governance and security clearance processes.
- Preferred experience with AI/GenAI tools, workflow automation, CI/CD delivery models, and release orchestration pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Tekton, or Jenkins.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
