Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable, and auditable integrations connecting NetSuite, Coupa, Leapfin, and other finance systems.
- Identify and implement finance-process automation using code, iPaaS platforms, and AI-powered tooling.
- Gather requirements and translate finance workflows into technical specifications, data-flow diagrams, and field-mapping documentation.
- Build event-driven automations, webhook triggers, and bulk data synchronization with monitoring, error handling, retry mechanisms, and production-grade reliability.
- Support integration development and testing during NetSuite, Coupa, and Leapfin implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with consulting partners, vendors, and the Finance Systems team on technical integration requirements.
- Document integration architectures, data flows, API specifications, and troubleshooting procedures for operational continuity and audit readiness.
- Uphold compliance, security, data privacy, access management, and audit-trail standards for sensitive financial data.
Requirements
- Strong expertise with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, or Boomi, including workflow or recipe development, custom connectors, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience with Ruby, Python, Golang, or Bash.
- Direct experience with finance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or Leapfin and strong understanding of finance processes including procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger workflows.
- Fluency in REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, API tokens, SAML, webhooks, event-driven architectures, bulk data processing, and data transformation.
- Understanding of compliance and security best practices for financial-data integrations, including SOC 2 controls, data privacy, access management, and audit trails.
- Interest or hands-on experience using AI tools and techniques such as AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, or LLM-based workflow optimization.
- Experience with Okta Workflows, Workday, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a bonus.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company and supporting internal or external audits related to integrations and financial data is a bonus.
- Experience implementing AI-driven finance or enterprise-systems automation is a bonus.
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions for integration deployment and testing workflows is a bonus.
