Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements, uncover unmet needs, and develop solutions across customer groups.
- Shape product and program strategies based on customer interactions and implement scalable solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Communicate solution strategies, coordinate implementation timelines, provide updates, and adjust plans as objectives evolve.
- Prepare for and address complex product- and solution-related customer inquiries.
- Gather and communicate detailed product insights based on customer needs.
- Promote customer complexity awareness and program value to internal stakeholders through events, meetings, and product reviews.
- Guide strategic Fusion Data Intelligence customers and partners toward optimized implementations and high-usage go-live plans.
Requirements
- More than 3 to 5 years of experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, Business Intelligence Applications, and Oracle Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Analytics RPD design, development, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of BI and data warehouse analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, data profiling, data quality, data modeling, and data integration.
- Proficiency writing complex queries and stored procedures with Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing visualizations and user-friendly workbooks.
- Experience developing analytics solutions incorporating AI and ML.
- Experience improving report performance.
- Preferred experience with Fusion Applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX.
- Preferred ability to design and develop ODI ETL interfaces, packages, load plans, user functions, variables, and sequences for batch and real-time integrations.
- Preferred experience with multiple cloud platforms.
- Preferred certifications in Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse (ADW).
