Responsibilities
- Build software enabling large-scale quantitative research operations and portfolio production.
- Develop large-scale distributed systems and scalable platform tooling.
- Write, test, and deploy production-quality C++ code on Linux.
- Apply systems programming, data structures, algorithms, high-performance application design, and concurrency patterns.
- Work independently on complex technical challenges and collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience writing production-quality C++ code on Linux.
- Strong understanding and experience with Linux system programming fundamentals.
- Ability to develop large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, high-performance application design, and concurrency patterns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in English.
- Python development, large-scale graph computation, and streaming or dataflow systems experience are preferred.
- Prior financial-services experience is not required.
