Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative ArcGIS platform-based strategies and solutions.
Define business continuity for on-premise and cloud deployments.
Establish best practices for deploying ArcGIS and integrating with non-Esri platforms.
Translate customer system requirements into software architecture specifications.
Advise customers on effective solutions using Esri technology.
Recommend strategies and prepare software implementation and migration plans.
Collaborate with customers to design and certify key GIS workflows.
Develop organizational level multi-year IT/GIS strategies.
Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
Lead the implementation process through mentoring and strategic management.

8+ years of professional experience in GIS platform architecture and solution design.
Experience designing and integrating high-performance computing and cloud architecture.
Knowledge of zero trust and securing classified networks.
Experience with enterprise IT-GIS solutions leveraging the ArcGIS Enterprise platform.
Demonstrated experience in platform architecture and solution design.
Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and various server environments.
Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and HTML5.
Knowledge of integrating enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.
Experience with service-oriented architectures and cloud hybrid configurations.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
US Citizenship with active or current Top Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related STEM field.
