Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and planning of Salesforce application activities.
- Act as an SME and primary point of contact while coordinating with stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Make team and cross-team technical decisions and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
- Manage development timelines, resources, deliverable quality, and project execution.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment processes.
- Experience customizing and extending Salesforce platforms for business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
