Responsibilities
- Own the real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboard used for actual reporting.
- Build CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces used by auditors across multiple audits and audit domains.
- Develop and maintain agentic, human-in-the-loop applications that improve audit reporting and board-cycle deliverables.
- Evolve API-rendered Google Docs and Slides and branded PDF reporting toward real applications while maintaining executive document standards.
- Build production-grade full-stack products on the existing platform runtime and harness, proposing and adopting better tools when needed.
- Deploy, debug, and hotfix the counterpart engineer’s stack as part of the two-person engineering team.
- Drive AI enablement and adoption across the Internal Audit department.
- Create runbooks and establish independent ownership for dashboards, reports, and rendering pipelines.
- Integrate third-party systems and build plugins or model integrations across multiple AI ecosystems.
- Maintain secure, auditable applications with testing, observability, access controls, and defensible evidence handling.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and maintaining full-stack web applications in production.
- Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals, fluent Python or a comparable backend language, and strong SQL and data-modeling skills.
- True full-stack experience spanning the data layer, SQL, resilient APIs, user interfaces, and AWS or GCP.
- Strong React, Next.js, and TypeScript front-end experience with design and UX judgment.
- Proven experience with real-time or streaming data visualization and drill-through to underlying evidence.
- Experience building agentic AI features with multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop review, output validation, red-teaming, and responsible handling of hallucinations and errors.
- Experience with application-layer data protection, access controls, audit trails, evidence handling, automated testing, and documentation.
- Ability to ship inside locked-down enterprise environments with security guardrails and restricted installations.
- Experience integrating JIRA, Google Workspace, and SaaS APIs.
- Experience partnering with non-technical users to drive adoption.
- Preferred experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google model tooling, Model Context Protocol integrations, plugin development, and agent-based applications.
- Preferred experience with BI and analytics tooling, executive or board reporting, and continuous-monitoring dashboards.
- Crypto, blockchain, regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience is preferred.
- Experience with programmatic Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets APIs or OOXML generation is preferred.
