Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and manage teams, serving as a subject matter expert and making team-level technical decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency, code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions with existing systems.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development workflows and product delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management and discovery processes in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and code quality best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
