Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception to production launch.
- Write well-thought-out design documents and high-quality, well-tested code.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize impactful projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced team members.
- Deliver robust uptime guarantees and reliable monitoring for storage systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- BA/BS in computer science or a related degree.
- Experience with infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with storage systems such as databases or distributed file systems.
- Strong coding skills in languages like Go, Python, Java, or C++.
