Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CIO and executive leadership to influence the technical roadmap for go-to-market initiatives.
Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Develop reference architectures, best practices, and design standards for IT delivery teams.
Contribute to the evaluation, selection, and integration of technology stacks and platforms.
Oversee the design and interface of systems for seamless collaboration.
Partner with product teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams for high-quality product launches.
Collaborate with security, data, and operations teams to align solutions with compliance requirements.
Define governance frameworks for technology decisions.
Monitor and refine architectural guidelines for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in go-to-market related software architecture or systems design.
Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale solution designs.
Knowledge of SaaS platforms that power go-to-market processes.
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and connect with senior business leaders.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and accounting teams.
