Responsibilities
- Build secure, scalable, and well-tested backend systems for OKX’s Web3 product suite.
- Shepherd products from concept to live deployment, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Scale Web3 products across multiple blockchain ecosystems and core DeFi protocols.
- Lead the development of novel DEX-based derivatives products and innovative growth mechanisms.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development cycles and explore AI-driven product features.
- Drive engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience with scalable systems.
- Strong ambition to lead the development of a new Web3 platform.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Java.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi mechanics, and dApp architecture.
- Proven experience or willingness to integrate AI tools into development workflows.
- Passion for decentralized technologies and the Web3 ecosystem.
