Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready enterprise software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions while maintaining quality, compliance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, including copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python; front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue.js; TypeScript or JavaScript; SQL or NoSQL; REST or GraphQL APIs; and cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.
