Responsibilities
- Build AI agent and LLM-based solutions for business development and project execution.
- Develop traditional machine learning and analytical models when appropriate.
- Prototype agents, avatars, visual formats, and other disruptive delivery formats.
- Design solutions for reuse, scale, and eventual productization.
- Translate business needs into technical execution with the Technical Business Partner.
- Collaborate with the Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to deploy solutions reliably and maintainably.
- Work with the Front-end / AI Content Creator on client-facing outputs and presentation formats.
- Join client discussions to explain technical solutions and demonstrate technical credibility.
- Move prototypes from experiment to delivery while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling across the build lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based or ML solutions, ideally under time pressure.
- Data-science-leaning candidates need grounding in ML mathematics, including statistics and linear algebra, plus varied modeling techniques.
- Software-engineering-leaning candidates need strong engineering practices, including testing, code hygiene, and deployment.
- Ability to make practical design decisions quickly and build solutions useful in real-world settings.
- Full professional English is required; Spanish is welcome.
- Interest or background in Banking & Financial Services is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or compelling side projects are preferred.
- Experience with agent frameworks, LLM application patterns, production data or AI workloads, and reusable or productized solutions is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple concurrent priorities is preferred.
