Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, testable, and scalable software solutions within established timelines.
- Develop, enhance, and extend SAS product functionality using Go, RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with managers, developers, designers, product managers, and distributed teams to meet functional requirements and delivery timelines.
- Ensure software quality through functional, unit, and performance testing.
- Participate in project scoping and scheduling, track task progress, and communicate blocking issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability for the full code lifecycle, including support for internal and external consumers.
Requirements
- Require 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Require strong hands-on experience with Go, RESTful API development, and microservice architecture.
- Require hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Require strong programming skills and understanding of object-oriented principles and related design aspects.
- React, TypeScript, and JavaScript knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn different technologies are expected.
