Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Partner Integrations

Responsibilities
- Own integrations end to end, including design, implementation, and production operation.
- Define architecture for authentication and identity flows, multi-tenancy, data movement, performance, and production behavior.
- Own infrastructure, CI, deployment, observability, and on-call operations for delivered systems.
- Build on and integrate with external platforms while managing risks across trust boundaries.
- Partner with internal teams to define interfaces and maintain progress across service dependencies.
- Establish technical direction and defaults for the growing integrations team.
- Document technical decisions and direction through design documents, pull requests, and RFCs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software-building experience, including substantial experience with data-heavy or integration-focused systems.
- Strong backend and systems engineering skills, including deployment topology, multi-tenancy, data movement, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience with modern authentication protocols, service principals, and identity federation across trust boundaries.
- Experience building on external platforms with incomplete documentation or breaking changes.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions under ambiguity and document difficult-to-reverse decisions.
- Strong collaboration and written communication skills for working through internal dependencies and design documents.
- Primarily backend-focused, with enough JavaScript and TypeScript experience to contribute when needed.
- Comfort using AI development tools transparently and effectively.
- Preferred familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem.
- Preferred depth in authentication and identity federation or experience with partner marketplaces or certification processes.
- Preferred experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and their isolation and deployment topology.
- Preferred working knowledge of ClickHouse or another columnar or OLAP engine.
