Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, including auth flows, multi-tenancy, and data movement.
- Run and maintain the production systems for your integrations.
- Work with external platforms and manage associated risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define interfaces and dependencies.
- Document technical decisions and team direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, particularly in data-heavy systems.
- Strong backend and systems instincts, with knowledge of deployment topology.
- Experience with modern authentication protocols and identity federation.
- Ability to work with incomplete documentation and manage breaking changes.
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations and capable of making decisions under uncertainty.
- Good collaboration skills with other engineers and teams.
- Proficiency in backend development, with familiarity in JavaScript/TypeScript.
