Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic NLP systems and LLM-powered workflows across Python ML pipelines and Go backend services.
- Bridge the NLP/ML and platform/backend teams by translating ML requirements into scalable backend architectures.
- Contribute to Python and Go codebases with clean interfaces and efficient system integration.
- Architect modular systems for LLM orchestration, APIs, and service communication.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability across model and service layers.
- Deliver end-to-end AI-powered features from research through production.
- Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability, and compliance in regulated medical environments.
Requirements
- Strong Python engineering skills, including advanced object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, type-safe development, and production-grade coding practices.
- Production experience building and deploying LLM/NLP systems using technologies such as LangChain, Google ADK, or Hugging Face.
- Experience or strong proficiency in Go backend development, including API and service design.
- Strong understanding of modern NLP/LLM workflows, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to operate across ML and backend engineering domains and design scalable, maintainable systems.
- Backend, frontend, or full-stack development experience beyond the core responsibilities is preferred.
