Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end features spanning user interfaces and backend services.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using Python frameworks.
- Contribute to software architecture, key technical decisions, debugging, testing, and application optimization.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Manage and coordinate team and cross-functional efforts to support project milestone delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical and professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- Experience with frontend and backend development technologies related to Python frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns for full-stack development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
