Base Salary
$238k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of deep learning and machine learning models for automation.
- Design and build Gen AI LLM/VLM solutions for behavior analysis.
- Monitor best practices in machine learning and develop evaluation systems.
- Enhance user feedback analysis and collaborate with product teams.
- Oversee production and optimization of machine learning models.
- Drive technical direction and provide guidance to the team.
- Work with PMs and TPMs to define product requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver on strategic efforts.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
- Strong coding experience in C++ and/or Python.
- Experience in foundational models, VLM, or deep learning.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning projects.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
