Base Salary
$320k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build identity verification and KYC/KYB vetting systems for individual and business customers.
- Design and implement access-control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities.
- Build infrastructure for per-customer safety-system configuration and detection thresholds.
- Develop misuse monitoring and enforcement tooling for expanded access programs.
- Build account-compromise and account-takeover detection, real-time mitigations, and remediation workflows.
- Create dashboards, alerting, and internal administrative tooling for program visibility.
- Integrate with third-party identity-verification and data-enrichment vendors.
- Partner with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams to establish and apply access decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Experience building and operating backend systems in production.
- Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Experience building software with AI coding tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong candidates may have 8+ years of industry software engineering experience.
- Experience with shared platforms or foundational services used by multiple teams and products is preferred.
- Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, KYC/KYB workflows, identity-verification vendors, trust and safety, integrity, fraud or abuse detection, account takeover, credential compromise, or operational internal tooling is preferred.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $320,000—$485,000 USD.
- Visa sponsorship is offered, with reasonable efforts made after an offer and immigration-lawyer support, though sponsorship cannot be successfully provided for every role or candidate.
