Responsibilities
- Review AI systems and infrastructure, including local and cloud LLM deployments, gateways, vector stores, and agentic/MCP components, and recommend hardening measures.
- Assess and improve guardrails such as input/output filtering, prompt-injection defenses, rate limiting, authentication, output validation, and hallucination mitigation.
- Review AI architectures, deployments, supply chains, identity and secrets management, logging, observability, and detection coverage against recognized security frameworks.
- Define security standards, reference patterns, and best-practice guidance for secure AI operations across Playtech.
- Prioritize remediation, guide teams through implementation, and support audit-ready assessments, evidence, and documentation in regulated environments.
- Investigate and where possible implement agentic AI automation, including chatbots and workflows using Hermes or n8n.
- Collaborate with System Security, Application Security, AI Committee, SOC, development, and wider business teams.
Requirements
- Relevant cybersecurity or information technology certifications, or equivalent verifiable field experience.
- Solid infrastructure and security engineering experience across Linux, networking, cloud, IAM, container security, and automation.
- Experience with self-hosted LLM deployments and cloud LLM platforms such as Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Ollama, or LM Studio.
- Knowledge of LLM-specific threats including prompt injection, sensitive-data disclosure, data/model poisoning, excessive agency, insecure output handling, and supply-chain risk.
- Knowledge of OWASP LLM and Agentic Application guidance, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, CISA/NSA guidance, and the EU AI Act.
- Experience designing or implementing AI guardrails, including prompt-injection defenses, output validation, and hallucination mitigation.
- Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, regulated environments, and repeatable security controls.
- Clear communication, presentation, documentation, collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on CI/CD security gates and guardrails, Python and Bash scripting, securing MCP or agentic AI infrastructure, AI enablement, AIBOM/SBOM tooling, supply-chain security, MLSecOps, AI red-teaming, and relevant cloud or AI-security certifications.
