Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable scientific data pipelines using Python, Nextflow, and AWS.
- Build computer vision solutions and agentic AI workflows for large-scale data processing and intelligent workflow automation.
- Develop production-quality software, cloud workflow orchestration, and CI/CD automation.
- Partner with data scientists, bioinformaticians, imaging scientists, engineers, platform teams, and security stakeholders.
- Deliver reliable, reproducible, secure, and well-documented solutions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in relevant software development and data workflow engineering.
- Experience developing with Python and Nextflow.
- Experience building or deploying computer vision solutions and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with AWS and scalable scientific data processing.
- Ability to collaborate across data science, bioinformatics, imaging, engineering, platform, and security teams.
