Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, performance, and uptime of Pindrop.com.
- Build an AI-native experience for both human visitors and AI agents.
- Drive on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys.
- Manage web data quality and build actionable dashboards for insights.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in web performance and development.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise websites.
- Fluent use of AI coding tools with demonstrable examples.
- Deep hands-on experience with WordPress and familiarity with Webflow.
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven success in optimizing Core Web Vitals and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM for implementation and QA.
