Responsibilities
- Execute manual certification testing for TV and set-top box products.
- Investigate failed, blocked, or inconclusive test results and support issue resolution.
- Review certification requirements, specifications, and laboratory reports.
- Assess the certification impact of defects, software changes, and product updates.
- Coordinate certification activities with development teams, laboratories, and certification partners.
- Prepare certification summaries, technical reports, and status updates.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in software, system, integration, or certification testing.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Experience investigating technical issues across multiple system components.
- Ability to independently drive technical activities to completion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good spoken and written English at B2+ level.
- A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with digital TV and broadcast technologies is preferred.
- Understanding of IPTV, streaming, or hybrid broadcast/IP services is preferred.
- Certification, compliance, or standards-based testing experience is preferred.
