Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community.
- Experience with Force.com Apex Classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient in integration methods such as REST and SOAP.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across levels.
- Experience in maintaining data and resolving data issues.
