Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of the AI Innovation Platform for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural guidance, define implementation approaches, and establish software development best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with project and business requirements.
- Define software requirements, algorithms, code structures, interfaces, and integration approaches across products.
- Guide technical discussions and communicate architecture decisions with globally distributed project partners, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Graduate with 10–12 years of experience in software design and development and strong object-oriented programming, troubleshooting, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with design patterns, Domain-Driven Design, Spec-Driven Design, microservices, serverless architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with AWS and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation for build, testing, deployment, and monitoring using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, profiling, caching, resource management, code quality frameworks, automated testing, static analysis, and RESTful and GraphQL API design.
- Current knowledge of AI technologies and tools, with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions appropriate to project needs.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale service decomposition, containerization and orchestration, quality metrics, benchmarking, clean-code practices, and end-to-end performance engineering.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, adaptability, customer focus, and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
