Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support for Frontline software products.
- Deliver customer training and implementation support for deployments, upgrades, and new feature introductions.
- Support sales activities through technical discussions, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback for product improvements and enhancement planning.
- Support customer engagements, implementations, training, and projects through domestic and international travel.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, software implementation, technical training, and technical project management.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical subjects to customers and internal teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and related engineering workflows is highly desirable.
- Administration-level knowledge of InCAM Pro, InFlow, InSight, or Genesis is highly desirable.
- Experience with Perl or Python and Oracle database management is a plus.
- Master's degree with zero years of related experience, or bachelor's degree with two years of related experience.
