Base Salary
$145k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows for core GTM processes.
- Investigate and resolve revenue-critical data issues across Salesforce fields, Apex logic, automation, and integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and CPQ, contract lifecycle management, sales engagement, data enrichment, and data warehouse platforms.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows, agents, and automations for deal reviews, data quality assurance, reporting, and triage.
- Contribute to Salesforce data model, sharing model, integration architecture, and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with GTM Operations, Deal Desk, Sales leadership, Finance, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Write documented, testable code; participate in code reviews and release management; and support relevant SOX/ITGC controls.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or a similar CPQ platform and understanding of quote-to-cash and lead-to-cash data flows.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or LLM-backed automations.
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills for tracing issues across Salesforce automation and upstream integrations.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Tray.io, Workato, or similar integration and middleware platforms, plus modern API design.
- Software engineering fundamentals including Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review practices.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work with GTM Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect are preferred but not required.
