Base Salary
$80k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable Workforce Software solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.
- Lead and manage teams, make key team decisions, and engage with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive the design, development, hands-on configuration, and delivery of innovative solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops to align stakeholders.
- Assign and prioritize work for offshore team members.
- Support continuous improvement of solution delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of functional and technical experience with the Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
- At least 5 years of functional and technical experience with the Workforce Software ACT module.
- At least one end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation including hands-on design and configuration.
- Deep Workforce Software knowledge in functional requirements gathering across Time and Attendance, ACT, and job scheduling.
- Technical configuration knowledge in Time and Attendance, ACT, and job scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; an associate degree may qualify with equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.
- Team lead experience is preferred.
- External client-facing consulting experience is preferred.
- ADP integration experience is preferred.
