Base Salary
$136k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems containing logical and mathematical solutions.
- Develop embedded and low-level software and software-to-hardware interfaces.
- Collaborate with equipment designers and hardware engineers on electronic data processing systems.
- Analyze system capabilities and user needs to resolve software and programming problems.
- Develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, operating systems, and operating instructions.
- Ensure software standards are met.
- Support an in-person closed-area work environment and travel up to 10% as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or a PhD and 4 years of related experience.
- Extensive experience with embedded software development and low-level software-to-hardware interfaces.
- Experience with NUnit, Moq, Windows software development, SysUML, Java, C++, C#, object-oriented software development, and Python or another scripting language.
- Current active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at application and start.
- Preferred qualifications include automated software requirements testing and analysis, gRPC, CMake, Security+ certification, MDA GMD experience, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Ansible, Git, GitLab, DevSecOps methods, and active Top Secret clearance.
