Responsibilities
- Manage and engineer security solutions.
- Create, modify, and manage security solution policies.
- Troubleshoot endpoint agents for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Integrate security solutions with SIEM and SOAR systems.
- Handle service outages and vendor management.
- Collaborate with departments for incident response and process improvement.
- Manage service logs including storage, retrieval, and recovery.
- Set up systems/services, apply security patches, and test new features.
- Design systems/services for scalability and automation.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in operating various security-related SaaS/solutions.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot security-related issues.
- Experience with IDC/AWS infrastructure setup.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and networking.
- Experience in automation using scripts.
- Excellent communication skills to persuade and build consensus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
- Must have valid travel documents for international travel.
