Base Salary
$213k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that enable integrations, automations, and connections between Notion and external tools and data.
- Evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure.
- Own software features end to end from conception and research through implementation and maintenance.
- Improve the performance, reliability, robustness, flexibility, and scalability of Notion’s product and core systems.
- Partner with product, design, data science, user research, and engineering leaders to define strategy and execute technical investments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software with a strong record of owning features end to end.
- Fluency with TypeScript across backend and frontend development.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical technical approaches and make appropriate scope decisions.
- Strong product instincts and willingness to adopt AI tools to improve productivity and results.
